2.3 Payment information – billing details provided by Customers. Payments may be processed via Stripe or bank transfer. SocialSpeed does not store complete card details.
2.4 Communications – information Users provide when contacting support, sales, or other teams, including messages submitted via forms, email, or within the Platform.
2.5 Service delivery information – briefs, requests, feedback, approvals, and files/assets Customers upload or share for creative production.

5.3 After a subscription ends, access to portal content and delivered files may remain available for up to 30 days, after which it may be removed or archived.

6.1 SocialSpeed implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
6.2 No system is completely secure; Customers are responsible for securing their own login credentials.
