On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Subscribe to a plan and you’ll recieve an e-mail with login details to our client portal. This is where you add team members, send in requests and communicate with us. We will walk you through everything and then you’re ready to rock. Further instructions on how to use the client portal to request content can be found inside.

Revisions are included and feedback is handled inside your client portal to keep things organized. Most work is approved within one to two rounds once we’re aligned on your brand and goals.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many content requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. The amount of active requests of your current plan, will effect the phase of how fast your work will be recieved.

We understand you may not always have enough content work to fill an entire month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. The billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used when you come back. Please note that subscriptions can be paused once per billing cycle, for a maximum of 30 consecutive days. If you don't resume or cancel within that period, we'll send you a reminder with 14 days' notice before the subscription is treated as cancelled.

Larger requests are broken down on SocialSpeed's end. This applies to AI commericals or long-form videos, campaigns, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

SocialSpeed uses a dedicated client portal where you will send in all requests. Revisions are handled inside as well, with a dedicated request chat and we use a visual annotation system similar to frame.io. Everything is well thought out and extreamly streamlined in the client portal.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

SocialSpeed does not cover on-site filming. However, you're welcome to send us your products and we'll photograph and film them for you.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional content needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
